About Otis Hayes III, Esq.
Otis is an attorney licensed in the State of California and in the United States Federal District Court for the Central District of California. He has significant civil litigation experience representing clients in the areas of entertainment, landlord tenant, bankruptcy, criminal law, and lemon law matters in both State and Federal courts. He has been in the entertainment field for many years as a professional drummer and has toured world-wide and has performed with an impressive list of recording artists. He was raised in Austin, Texas and studied jazz composition and performance at the University of North Texas. He later received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Industry Studies from California State University Northridge and his law degree from The University of West Los Angeles School of Law.
